Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index today closed at 4,622.26 points, marking a rise of 19.7 points (0.43%) from the previous session’s close of 4,602.54 points.
According to Oman News Agency, the trading value saw a decline to RO 10,300,625, reflecting a 54.3% decrease compared to the last session’s RO 22,522,997.
The MSX report indicated that market value experienced an increase of 0.143%, settling at approximately RO 28.48 billion. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 287,000, accounting for 2.79% of the total trading volume. In contrast, sales by foreign investors reached RO 1,244,000, representing 12.07% of the total. Consequently, net foreign investment decreased by RO 957 thousand, equating to a drop of 9.29%.
