US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced that the United States will not allow the opening of a second or third front against Israel in the current situation in which it is launching an attack on the Gaza Strip.

Blinken announced this during a press conference today, Thursday, in Tel Aviv.

In response to a journalist’s question about whether the United States would deploy its military capabilities in the region if necessary, if the Lebanese “Hezbollah” attacked Israel from the north and opened a second front, Blinken said, “With regard to the second front, as I said before, we and Israel are on the verge of We are firmly convinced that there will not be a second or third front, and we are making every effort, and working with other partners in the region, to ensure that.”

The United States and NATO had previously warned Iran and the Lebanese Hezbollah against interfering in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
