Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani decided to form a joint committee responsible for opening an office to receive donations and aid to the Palestinian people.

The Spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Major General Yahya Rasool, said in a statement that, in implementation of the order of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, it was decided to form a joint committee to open an office to receive donations and aid to the Palestinian people at the headquarters of the Air Defense Command in Baghdad near Abbas Ibn Firnas Square and organize mechanism of receipt and delivery.

He explained that the committee will begin its work immediately and present its findings to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
