A force from the Ninth Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces arrested two suspects, according to Article 240 (smuggling), in Salah al-Din Governorate.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated that a force from the Ninth Brigade in the Kirkuk and East Tigris Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces arrested two suspects in their possession smuggled materials in Al-Dur district of Salah al-Din.

It explained that the force, through its station, was able to seize a "KIA " vehicle, in the checkpoint Siraj 3, with two persons inside it, 1,300 kg of smuggled materials were found, and the accused and the aforementioned materials were handed over to the Intelligence and Anti-Terrorism Department of Al-Dur.
