A force from the intelligence of the 27th Brigade within the second regiment / special missions of the Popular Mobilization Forces managed, on Friday, to arrest three drug traffickers, east of Anbar Governorate.

The Popular Mobilization Commission stated in a statement, "The force managed to arrest three drug traffickers and seized quantities of crystal, narcotic, and a Kalashnikov weapon in the checkpoint of (Al-Tahaddi) within the eastern operations sector of Anbar."

It indicated that "the necessary measures were taken duly against the detainees and the seized materials."
