Muscat: The output of olive oil in the Wilayat of Al Jabal Al Akhdar, A'Dakhiliyah Governorate, stood at 90,000 litres in 2025, to the tune of RO 1,035,000, according to data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources.

According to Oman News Agency, the Ministry is currently bracing for the olive harvest season in Al Jabal Al Akhdar. It is monitoring olive presses to ensure their readiness to dedicate proper areas for receiving, storing, and bottling olive oil.
