The Council of National Security Agents held today, Tuesday, the fifteenth session of 2023, headed by National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji, and in the presence of members of the Council.
According to the chancellery's statement, the Council discussed the topics on its agenda and made the necessary decisions and recommendations in this regard.
The Council discussed the topic (the report on exposing the sources of weapons of ISIS terrorist gangs), and directed the Council to complete the procedures to prepare a report to be submitted to the international team to criminalize ISIS, and to hold a conference at Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, dealing with the crimes of ISIS terrorist gangs and the size of the human and economic losses suffered by Iraq with the establishment of a museum that records the crimes of ISIS terrorist gangs during the liberation battles.
The Council reviewed a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of hosting visitors between the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities in the Republic of Iraq and the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where notes related to the security aspect of the memorandum of understanding were noted./ End
