The Federal Police arrested an ISIS terrorist in Baghdad

The Federal Police forces arrested a terrorist ISIS member, southwest of Baghdad.

The Federal Police Command said, in a statement: "With a distinguished security and intelligence effort and follow-up to the terrorists wanted by the judiciary whose names are indicated in the databases, a force of the Federal Police arrested one of the criminal ISIS terrorists, in Al-Jihad neighborhood in Baghdad."

It added, "The operation took place after obtaining information that confirmed that the terrorist is one of the wanted persons whose names are listed in the database and holds a statistical number proving his affiliation with ISIS terrorist gangs and one of the organizers of (ISIS sponsorships)," indicating that he: "escaped to a neighboring country during the liberation operations, where our heroic forces, by assigning the intelligence effort to him, were on the lookout for him when he returned and arrested him, and duly handed him over to the competent authorities to receive his just punishment.”
