Muscat:OMRAN Group and SEE Holding have signed a financing agreement valued at RO 38.5 million with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank to facilitate the development of "The Plaza" complex within The Sustainable City - Yiti in Muscat Governorate.

According to Oman News Agency, this joint venture underscores the international community's confidence in Oman's investment potential. The agreement is expected to speed up the implementation of one of the governorate's most prominent urban development projects.

The Plaza project will include a variety of retail, dining, leisure, and entertainment facilities, along with community amenities. It aims to become a lively destination that enhances the quality of life for both residents and visitors, while also bolstering the city's commercial sustainability and lifestyle for the future.

This agreement demonstrates the commitment of Sustainable Development and Investment Company (SDIC) and its shareholders to promote urban development, attract responsible investment, and provide long-term economic and social value, aligning with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040.
