Doha: Oman's national shooting team has secured three new bronze medals at the 4th GCC Games, which are being held in Doha, Qatar, from May 11 to 21, 2026.

According to Oman News Agency, marksman Salim Al Hinai clinched the first of the recent bronze medals in the 10-metre pistol individual event. Additionally, a trio comprising Salim Al Hinai, Sulaiman Al Rahbi, and Salim Al Shidi earned a bronze in the 10-metre pistol team event. The national team further increased its medal count with a bronze in the mixed doubles competition (10-metre pistol event), thanks to the efforts of Salim Al Hinai and Nauf Al Saidi.

These achievements bring the Omani team's total medal count in the competition to two silver medals and four bronze medals.
