The Nineveh Governorate Health Department announced that the number of victims of al-Hamdaniya wedding fire incident had risen to 113 deaths after the Nineveh Governorate Health Department recorded, today, Tuesday, eight new cases, including the father of the bride.

The Director General of Nineveh Health, Dr. Mansour Marouf, said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the number of victims of al-Hamdaniya accident has risen to 113, including 41 people who have not been identified,” noting that “20 of those injured in the accident were sent outside Iraq for the purpose of treatment"
