Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closes at 7,628.26 points, up 21.2 points, or 0.28 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,607.04 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 40,962,612, representing a decline of 18 percent from RO 49,978,322 recorded in the last session, as detailed in the MSX's report. Meanwhile, market capitalization increased by 0.073 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 38.92 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 6.497 million, accounting for 15.86 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 7.088 million, or 17.30 percent. Consequently, net non-Omani investment went down by RO 592 thousand, or 1.44 percent.
