Gold Prices Rebound After Recent Decline

Hanoi:Gold prices have shown a recovery today after hitting a two-month low earlier, as investors await further guidance from the US Federal Reserve regarding future interest rate decisions.

According to Oman News Agency, spot gold increased by 0.4% to reach $4,127.40 an ounce. This rise follows a drop to the lowest level since August 5 during the previous session, influenced by a stronger dollar and increased US Treasury yields.

US gold futures for December delivery also saw an increase, rising by 0.3% to $4,150.60 an ounce. In the broader metals market, spot silver experienced a 0.4% rise to $60.39 an ounce, while both platinum and palladium saw gains of 1.4%, reaching $1,653.88 and $1,141.00 an ounce, respectively.
