The National Iraqi News Agency got a copy of the letter assigning Major General Saad Maan to the position of security Advisor to the Minister of Interior, replacing the human rights Lieutenant General, Mahdi Hadi Ali, who assumed the position of Head of the Iraqi Police Federation.
