A weak earthquake measuring 3.5 degrees on the Richter scale struck northeast Lattakia, at 51 km, the National Earthquake Center said in a statement to SANA on Thursday.

It’s noteworthy that the National Earthquake Center announced today that 5 low-intensity earthquakes were recorded during the past 24 hours.
