Youth Initiatives Support Programme 2025 Launched in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth has announced the launch of the 2025 edition of the ‘Youth Initiatives Support Programme’. The programme comprises 61 initiatives covering a broad range of activities spanning the fields of culture, health, sports, economy, media, religion, the environment, and entrepreneurship. It serves all segments of society in the Sultanate of Oman’s governorates.

According to Oman News Agency, Hilal Saif Al Siyabi, Director General of Youth at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, emphasized that the Ministry places significant focus on youth initiatives that address societal needs and align with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040. These initiatives are particularly centered on innovation, sustainability, and social development.

Al Siyabi further explained that the youth initiatives include community projects or activities that address social and developmental issues through a voluntary, non-profit approach. He highlighted that these initiatives reflect the spirit of innovation and active citizenship while accommodating Omani cultural values.
