A source in Hilla Al-Kabeer Prison revealed that a prisoner sentenced to life imprisonment in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law died today, Tuesday, due to illness complications.

He said, “One of the inmates of Al-Hillah Al-Kabeer Prison died today, Tuesday, in the prison’s health center, as a result of complications from tuberculosis.”

He added that the police transferred the body to the forensic medicine office, and that an investigation was opened into the accident to find out the causes of death.
