Muscat: Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF), welcomed Gen. Michael E. Kurilla, Commander of the United States Central Command, along with his delegation, at Al Murtafa’a Camp during their visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

According to Oman News Agency, the meeting involved an exchange of views and discussions on various military topics that are of mutual interest to both parties. The dialogue signifies an ongoing collaboration between the Sultanate of Oman and the United States, focusing on strengthening military ties and sharing strategic insights.

The meeting was also attended by Air Commodore Nasser Said Al Sa’adi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Training and Joint Drills of the SAF, Brigadier Badr Nassir Al Kharousi, Director General of the Joint Military Intelligence and Preventive Security at COSAF, along with several senior officers from COSAF.
