Muscat: Rear Admiral Saif bin Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), today presented the Royal Commission Certificate and graduation certificates to the officer batches (General Diploma holders and university graduates) at Said bin Sultan Naval Base, on the occasion of their graduation and the RNO’s Annual Day celebration.

According to Oman News Agency, the Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman congratulated the graduating officers on their performance at their graduation ceremony, which reflected the efforts made to bring them to this level. He congratulated them on gaining the noble Supreme Trust from His Majesty the Supreme Commander, wishing them continued success.
