Prime Minister: Insulting the Holy Quran does not represent the value of freedom of expression and establishes hatred

Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani affirmed that insulting the Holy Quran does not represent any value for freedom of expression and establishes hatred.

In a joint press conference with his Jordanian counterpart, Bishr Al-Khasawneh, Al-Sudani called on Arab and Islamic countries to take a firm stance towards actions that offend Muslims’ feelings.

He said that the visit of the Jordanian Prime Minister to Baghdad confirms the depth of the relationship between Iraq and Jordan, noting that the bilateral meetings were positive.
