A Palestinian young man was shot and injured by Israeli fire tonight following an Israeli army incursion into the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah.
According to local and security sources, the occupation forces stormed the neighborhoods near the “Ofer” military prison located in Beitunia, which led to the outbreak of confrontations, during which bullets, sound bombs, and tear gas were fired by the army.
One young man was shot and injured in the thigh and others suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews evacuated the young man and transferred him to hospital.
