The Head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Al-Fayyad, demanded all the rights of the Yazidis, which were robbed by terrorism, and the disclosure of the bodies of their martyrs and the fate of their abductees.

Al-Fayyad said in a statement on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the genocide that the Yazidis were subjected to by the terrorist ISIS: "Today we are passing the ninth anniversary of the crime committed by the terrorist factions against our Iraqi Yazidi people, who are deeply affiliated, this authentic component that suffered the bitterness of displacement and resisted a lot in order to stay in its land and the land of their ancestors."

He added: "We feel very happy today when we see the Yazidis with the rest of their brothers from other religions and sects guarding their cities after they returned to their lands victoriously, and at the same time we still demand all their rights that were taken away by terrorism and the discovery of the bodies of their martyrs in the mass graves and the fate of their abductees."

He continued: “On this occasion, we affirm our pride in our proud, zealous sons, among the heroes of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and their brothers in the heroic security forces, who rose to defend and repel the sinful aggression for all the enemies’ attempts to tear the Iraqi fabric, which was and will remain the sole title for the great Iraq in its past, present and future.”
