Muscat:Oman Sovereign Sukuk Company, on behalf of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and represented by the Ministry of Finance, has announced the subscription results for the 12th issue of local sovereign sukuk, valued at RO 150 million.

According to Oman News Agency, the total value of subscription applications for this issue reached approximately RO 273,172,400. The average accepted profit rate for these sukuk stands at 4.82 percent, with a maximum profit rate of 4.85 percent and a minimum of 4.75 percent.

The issued sukuk are scheduled to be released the day after tomorrow, 'Thursday'. The annual return on the sukuk will be paid quarterly on 29 January, 29 April, 29 July, and 29 October each year until the maturity date on 29 October 2033.
