Nineteen People Reported Missing After Boat Capsizes in Northern Ethiopia

As many as 19 people were reported missing following a boat capsized in northern Ethiopia according to local media. The boat, which was carrying 26 people, sank in the Tekeze River in the northern Amhara region. Seven people, including a child, were rescued from the river. The child suffered serious injuries and is currently receiving medical care at a nearby health facility.
