Khasab:Musandam Musandam Governorate has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Al Sarooj Development Company to develop the infrastructure and investment elements of the Aims Bay Project, aiming to enhance tourism opportunities and utilize the region's natural and marine resources.

According to Oman News Agency, the MoU was signed by Sheikh Abdullah Salim Al Farsi, Wali of Khasab, representing the governorate, and Sulaiman Khamis Al Qasmi, Chief Executive Officer of Al Sarooj Construction. The signing took place during the "Urban October" events.

The Aims Bay Project is designed to boost economic and tourism activity in Musandam by capitalizing on the bay's distinctive natural features. Plans include developing the waterfront, establishing a boat marina, and offering quality tourism and service facilities to increase the area's attractiveness as a tourism and investment hub.

These initiatives are expected to support Musandam's economic development efforts by creating promising investment opportunities and improving infrastructure.
