Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,637.53 points, up 68.7 points, or 0.91 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,568.85 points.

According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 95,660,075, representing a surge of 217.8 percent from RO 30,099,615 recorded in the last session. The market capitalization increased by 0.993 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 38.26 billion.

Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 29.043 million, accounting for 30.36 percent of the total trading value, while sales reached RO 15.973 million, or 16.70 percent. Consequently, net non-Omani investment increased by RO 13.070 million, or 13.66 percent.
