Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) today gained (66.3) points, comprising a rise by (1.47%) to close at (4580.32) points, compared to the last session, which stood at (4514.07) points. The trading value today stood at (RO 3,385,690), comprising a drop by (75.1%), compared to the last session, which stood at (RO 13,594,634). The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by (0.157%) to reach about (RO 23.84) billion. The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached (RO 261,000), comprising (7.70%). The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached (RO 122,000), comprising (3.59%). The net non-Omani investment increased by (4.11%) to (RO 139,000). The Resistance said in a statement that 'in continuation of our approach to resist the forces of the American occupation in Iraq and the region, and in response to the massacres of the Zionist entity against our people in Gaza, the Resistance fighters in Iraq attacked the occupation base in Conoco plant in Deir Ezzor countryside with missile barrage that directly hit its target.'
