The security units of the Maysan Operations Command seized a stack of heavy equipment in Al-Majar Al-Kabir district, south of the governorate.

The Maysan Operations Command said in a statement, a copy of which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received: “A force from the second regiment of the 97th Infantry Brigade affiliated to the Maysan Operations Command, in partnership with the Zahraa Police Station and the Al-Majar Al-Kabir Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Department, managed to find a cache of equipment in the Al-Hashriya area in the aforementioned district, indicating that the seized items had been handed over legally to the competent authorities.
