International Conference on Psychological Sciences Begins in North A’Sharqiyah

North a'sharqiyah: The activities of the 4th International Conference on Psychological Sciences, themed "Contemporary Issues in Psychological Sciences: Horizons and Challenges," began today at A'Sharqiyah University in the Wilayat of Ibra, North A'Sharqiyah Governorate. The conference will continue for three days. According to Oman News Agency, the opening ceremony was held under the patronage of Dr. Badr Hamoud Al Kharusi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education. The conference aims to provide a scientific platform bringing together researchers, experts, and specialists from the Sultanate of Oman and abroad. The goal is to discuss the most prominent developments in the fields of psychological sciences and to review the challenges facing researchers and practitioners. It also seeks to highlight modern trends contributing to the advancement of this vital field. The conference sessions focus on multiple scientific themes, including psychological counseling and mental health, educational psyc hology, measurement and evaluation, special education, and clinical psychology, alongside other contemporary psychological issues. This approach enhances the integration between theoretical and applied aspects and contributes to improving the quality of psychological well-being for individuals and communities. The conference's scientific program includes scientific sessions, keynote lectures, and workshops. A scientific exhibition is being held concurrently, with participation from specialized institutions in psychological counseling and special education, aiming to strengthen the integration between scientific research and practical application.
