The International Committee of the Red Cross on Thursday repatriated the body of Michel Elias Raheel, a Lebanese from the southern border town of Debel who had left to the occupied Palestinian territories in 2000. The body of the 74-year-old man was transferred via the border Naqoura crossing to his hometown.
