Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued Royal Decree No. 95/2025, which ratifies the Agreement of Air Services between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. The agreement was initially signed in Montreal on 22 September 2025.

According to Oman News Agency, the royal decree consists of two articles. Article (1) ratifies the air services agreement as outlined in the attached version of the decree. Article (2) mandates that the decree be published in the Official Gazette and be enforced from its date of issue.
