Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. 31/2025 concerning the appointment of a non-resident ambassador.

According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree appoints Maithaa bint Saif bin Majid Al Mahrouqi, who is currently the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, as the Sultanate of Oman’s Non-resident Ambassador to Ukraine.

Article (2) of the decree stipulates that the decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
