His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President José Maria Neves of the Republic of Cape Verde on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his heartfelt sentiments to President José Maria Neves and the people of his country.
