Baghdad, On Saturday morning, the Hamas movement announced the failure of the ground attack carried out by the Israeli army, confirming that it had deaths and injuries.

Hamas said in a statement: “The Israeli forces fell into ambushes prepared by the Palestinian resistance.”

The statement noted: "Hamas used Kornet missiles and Yassin missiles to repel the Israeli ground attack, and that the Israeli army used helicopters to evacuate the wounded and dead from the battlefield."

The Movement indicated that the Israeli army would re-attempt to penetrate Gaza again.
