Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Oman’s Foreign Minister, engaged in a phone conversation with Bassam Sabbagh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, to discuss recent developments in Syria.
