Muscat: The Municipal Council of the Governorate of Dhofar today held a meeting under the chairmanship of HH Sayyid Marwan Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar, Chairman of the Council. The meeting reviewed the progress of economic and development projects in the Governorate of Dhofar in a bid to enhance the business environment and investments. It also highlighted the services offered by Salalah Free Zone, as well as the logistic facilities offered to investors and companies, among other topics.

According to Oman News Agency, the focus of the meeting was to assess how these projects are contributing to the economic landscape of Dhofar. The council discussed various strategies to improve the efficiency of these projects and attract more investments. The meeting emphasized the importance of the Salalah Free Zone’s role in providing logistical support and facilities that could benefit both local and international investors.
