Baghdad – Detachments of the Anti-Crime Directorate arrested an accused for killing his friend northeast of Baghdad.
The Directorate stated in a statement: Detachments of Al-Zuhur Anti-Crime Office were able to arrest an accused for killing his friend due to a quarrel with him over a Columbia pistol in Al-Husseiniyah area, northeast of Baghdad, where his initially confessional statements were recorded and judicially ratified, and the investigating judge decided to arrest him in accordance with the provisions of Article 405 of the Penal Code to receive his just punishment.
