House Speaker Nabih Berri said, during his meeting with the heads and rapporteurs of the parliamentary committees on Tuesday: “Amid what is happening in the region and the escalation of the Israeli hostilities against Palestine, Gaza and Lebanon, there is an opportunity to elect a president of the republic. Shall we seize it?”
