Head of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Talal Arslan,on Friday cabled Emirati President Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to whom he paid condolences on the passing of his brother, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed.
