The extremist Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, announced that he participated last night in a police raid in the Jawarish neighborhood in the city of Ramla, after a car bomb exploded in a “criminal incident” there.
Ben-Gvir wrote in a post on the X platform: ‘After decades of turning a blind eye and the criminal organizations taking over the Arab sector, the Israel Police is heading to war! I participated all night in assessing the situation in the central region, and early in the morning I went out with large forces of the Israel Police, including tactical units and Popular Mobilization fighters, to carry out a large-scale raid and arrests in crime complexes. The official Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported yesterday, Thursday, that 4 people were killed in a car explosion in the city of Ramla, explaining that two women and two children (without specifying their ages and identities) were killed in the explosion, and two shops were destroyed.
The
explosion was caused by a criminal incident and a dispute between two families in Ramla, which is located near Jerusalem.
The authority stated that the car belongs to one of the two families, and that the two destroyed stores belong to the other family, while it did not mention the reasons for the car explosion.
