Muscat: Maj. Gen. Hamid bin Ahmed Sakroon, Head of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, received Hassan Ali Habib, First Deputy President of the High Council of State of Libya, along with his accompanying delegation at his office in Bait Al Falaj Camp today. The two sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.

According to Oman News Agency, the meeting was attended by Sheikh Dr. Ghazi bin Said Al Rowas, a member of the Council of State. Earlier, the guest and his delegation visited the National Defense College at the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies. They were received at Bait Al Falaj Camp by Rear Admiral Ali bin Abdullah Al Shidi, Commandant of the National Defense College.

The delegation received a briefing on the college, its facilities and equipment, and toured its various departments.
