Guizhou: Two separate landslides struck Changshi and Guowa in Dafang County, southwest China’s Guizhou Province, trapping several people. The landslides occurred this morning, trapping 19 individuals in Changshi and several others in Qingyang Village in Guowa.
According to Oman News Agency, rescue efforts are currently underway to reach those affected by the landslides. The remote areas of Guizhou Province are often prone to natural disasters, including landslides and earthquakes, which pose significant challenges for rescue operations.
Emergency response teams have been deployed to the affected sites to provide assistance and support. The situation remains critical as authorities continue to assess the full extent of the damage caused by the landslides.
