Manila:Al Murtafa'a Camp Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Zaabi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, welcomed Dr. Géza Andreas von Geyr, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, and his delegation. The meeting focused on reviewing the good relations between the two nations and discussing topics of mutual interest.

According to Oman News Agency, the delegation also visited the Maritime Security Centre, where they were received by Commodore Abdullah Ali Al Hajri. They received a briefing on the centre's competencies, its national roles, and its tasks in monitoring maritime conditions and responding to emergencies, which contribute to maritime navigation security and safety.

During their tour of the Maritime Security Centre, the delegation was shown the technologies and systems that enhance the centre's operational capabilities and readiness, helping to efficiently execute its assigned tasks and responsibilities.
