Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. (30/2026) concerning the ratification of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of India, initially signed in Muscat on 18 December 2025.

According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree confirms the ratification of the agreement, adhering to the version attached to this decree. Article (2) mandates the publication of this decree in the Official Gazette, with enforcement beginning from its date of issue.
