RNOV “Shabab Oman II” Sets Course for Kristiansand, Norway

Muscat: The Royal Navy of Oman vessel “Shabab Oman II” has set sail for the port of Kristiansand in the Kingdom of Norway, having departed from Aberdeen, Scotland. The vessel is on a significant journey as part of its participation in the third stage of the 2025 Tall Ships Races, marking a notable milestone in its seventh international voyage, titled “Glories of the Seas 2025.”

According to Oman News Agency, “Shabab Oman II” is representing Oman in an international event that celebrates maritime heritage and fosters cultural exchanges among participating nations. The Tall Ships Races are renowned for bringing together ships from various countries, strengthening ties between naval and civilian maritime communities.
