Palestinians, Including Children, Arrested in Occupied Jerusalem After Settler Attacks

Jerusalem: Israeli occupation forces arrested several Palestinians, including a 16-year-old boy and a 64-year-old man, following assaults by settlers in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Governorate said.

According to Oman News Agency, the governorate, citing Palestinian news agency WAFA, reported that the teenager was detained after settlers attacked him and other Palestinians. Occupation police also arrested the elderly man after settlers assaulted him inside his shop in the Old City.

Separately, settlers attacked Palestinian vehicles northeast of Ramallah, security sources told WAFA. Settlers threw stones at vehicles on the road between Ramallah and Nablus, near the Shilo settlement built on lands northeast of Ramallah. No injuries or material damage were reported.
