Muscat: A delegation from the National Defence University of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, led by Lt. Gen Babar Iftikhar, President of the University, visited the Military Technological College (MTC) today.
According to Oman News Agency, the delegation was welcomed at the MTC by the Acting Dean, who provided a briefing on the educational and technical specializations offered by the college. During their visit, the delegation toured the various departments and facilities of the college, gaining insights into its educational operations.
In addition to MTC, the Pakistani delegation also visited the Maritime Security Centre (MSC) on the same day. They were received by the Head of the Centre, who briefed them on the tactical roles and tasks that the MSC undertakes to ensure the safety of the Omani maritime environment. The delegation also toured the MSC’s facilities, where they observed the latest equipment and technologies employed to fulfill the centre’s national duties.
