Muscat: Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, hosted Ambassador Wolfgang Amadeus Brulhart, Swiss Envoy for the Middle East and North Africa, in Muscat. The meeting focused on examining the bilateral relations between Oman and Switzerland.

According to Oman News Agency, the discussions also included consultations on recent regional developments and various matters of mutual interest. Attendees included Sheikh Ahmed Hashil Al Maskari, Head of the GCC and Regional Neighbourhood Department at the Foreign Ministry, Munthir Mahfoudh Al Manthri, Head of the Europe Department, and Dr. Thomas Oertle, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to the Sultanate of Oman, along with several officials from both sides.
