Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "30" Index closed today at 7,509.36 points, declining by 13.5 points, or 0.18 percent, compared to the previous trading session's close of 7,522.85 points.

According to Oman News Agency, trading value amounted to RO 27,572,263, representing a decrease of 22.9 percent from the previous session's value of RO 35,770,061. Market capitalization saw a decline of 0.098 percent from the last trading day, reaching approximately RO 38.29 billion.

Foreign investors' purchases on the exchange amounted to RO 2,822,000, accounting for 10.23 percent of total trading value, while foreign investors' sales reached RO 4,325,000, representing 15.69 percent. Net foreign investment consequently decreased by RO 1,503,000, or 5.45 percent.
