Gaza: The toll of fatalities from the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip has reached 48,503 martyrs, with 111,927 individuals injured since 7 October 2023.

According to Oman News Agency, the daily statistical report issued by the Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed that 36 martyrs were received at Gaza’s hospitals during the latest 24-hour reporting period. Among these, 32 were recovered from under the rubble, and 4 were shot dead by Israeli forces, while 14 individuals were hospitalized.

The report also highlighted that several other victims remain trapped under the rubble and scattered on the streets. Paramedics and civil defense personnel face challenges in reaching them.

A ceasefire deal between the Hamas resistance movement and Israel took effect on 19 January 2025. However, the Israeli occupation forces continue to breach its provisions through airstrikes and gunfire operations in various regions of the Gaza Strip, resulting in ongoing casualties.
